How come my shipment hasn't arrived yet?
When an order uses SPEEDPOST (1-3 business days) or AIR PARCEL (7-21 business days) delivery it may take longer than the specified time;
this is especially true for airsoft products. The reason for this is because every shipment needs to pass customs and we have no
control over how long it may take. However, we take every precaution to ensure speedy delivery to you! Using DHL, UPS or Fedex may speed up the inspection process, so if you need a
guaranteed shipping time, please contact us.
How much does it cost to ship to my country?
If you would like to know how much it costs to ship to your country, our shopping cart will calculate the cost of shipping to your country.
If you don't have an account already, please create one and include your shipping address and country and the rest will be done by the computer.

Is there any warranty for your products?
If you have found some kind of problem which could be a defect in the item you purchased it is your obligation to notify us
as soon as possible! This means that any problems should be declared to us at Hobby Asia within 7 days of the product arriving
(starting on the date that our courier service states the product was delivered). Because most of our items are wear & tear items
such as R/C cars and Airsoft guns, there is no warranty available. If you have problems with a product and believe it is defective
they must be returned in a brand new state (so please test your products carefully before taking them to a race or airsoft skirmish).
Hobby Asia reserves the right to arbitrate a final decision on whether products are faulty or not.
